Happy Birthday Aunt Heay!

Sorry this is a day late! So I guess Happy Belated Birthday! With Brian and Charles being sick (again) right now we forgot to let you know that we love you lots and lots. Charles is looking forward to playing the drum for you next time you come over!

Happy Valentine's Day #2

Here we are posing in front of artwork done by Charles at daycare. They also had a party for the whole daycare and Charles got cards from the other children. I made a CD and all the kids liked the music. We also put up the cards that he got from family. Today we went to Lawton to eat at Olive Garden. Charles slept the whole way there and back. We love everyone...Charles sends out his smiles to ya!

First Cereal

Hmm...what has Mommy got? This is Charles first time trying baby rice cereal. It was funny when Dr. Dawod told us that Charles' first food could be rice cereal, Brian asked, "You mean rice krispies?" Not yet, Daddy!

First bite. He sometimes seems to like it because he gets upset if I don't get the spoon to his mouth fast enough. But at the same time he makes a face like he's saying, "Ooh, this is yucky!" He'll either spit it out half the time or actually swallow it. Either way he thinks it's really funny.

Happy Valentine's Day

Charles says "Love ya!"
Charles has his valentines pajamas on (from Nana) and his "kiss me" frog (from Aunt Cathy and Uncle Mark). He's already used to Aunt Cathy bringing him gifts--when she started to give him the frog he was quick to put his hand out! We hope everyone has a great Valentine's Day!

Charles got a new Bumbo seat with a tray. He likes to sit up straight and he would complain a lot in his other seats. He was always straining to sit up straight. Our living room is taken over now with all of Charles things....how many seats does one baby need?
